About VDO.AI :
Vdo.AI is becoming the dominant form of content consumption on the internet and our platform helps publishers transition to the future. Our proprietary technology platform provides the video player, video streaming, video content and video advertising in an end to end offering to some of the biggest publishers on the internet. About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Motion Graphic Designer who can work seamlessly with AI-generated videos, audio, and graphics to produce fast, high-quality short-form content.
Your primary task will be to create 10-15 reels/short-form videos every day, using both motion design skills and AI-powered creative tools.
Key Responsibilities
Create daily short-form content (reels, YouTube Shorts, ads).
Use AI video, audio, and image generation tools (e.g., Nano Banana, Sora, Google VEO, ElevenLabs, etc.) to produce quick-turnaround assets.
Edit and assemble footage, transitions, typography, overlays, and visual effects.
Optimize content for different platforms and aspect ratios.
Manage deadlines and deliver high-volume output without compromising quality.
Stay updated with the latest AI + motion design trends, workflows, and tools.
Requirements
Minimum: Graduate (Bachelor’s degree).
Preferred: Degree/Diploma/Certification in Motion Design, Animation, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in motion graphics, video editing, or digital content creation.
Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator (or equivalents).
Hands-on experience with AI-based generation tools (video, voice, imagery).
Strong sense of pacing, timing, transitions, and storytelling for short-form content.
Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-turnaround environment.
Portfolio showcasing reels, social videos, or AI-led creative work.
