ABOUT THE ROLE
The purpose of this position is to act as the pivotal intermediary between senior business stakeholder groups and IT, ensuring that intricate business requirements are meticulously translated into robust IT solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Elicit and analyze business and system requirements.
Describe requirements in a structured manner and at a sufficient level of detail; use visual models (diagrams, mockups, etc.) where beneficial.
Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities — not just document requests.
Facilitate discussions and align understanding across stakeholders, developers, and testers.
Support product discovery, solution design, and delivery within a cross-functional product team.
Validate implemented solutions and ensure real business value is delivered.
Prepare documentation and guides, and occasionally support training or client communication.
REQUIREMENTS
2+ years of experience eliciting, analyzing, and managing requirements in software development (experience in financial services or fintech is a plus).
Strong interest in financial services and technology.
Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
Ability to ask the right questions and constructively challenge assumptions.
Clear written and verbal communication; comfortable interacting with clients when needed.
Collaborative and proactive, confident owning assigned tasks end-to-end, and motivated to continuously learn and improve.
