About the Role:
We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our Product Team and help evolve the insurance products offered on the BizCover platform by effectively working with our internal Product Specialists and the Insurance Partners on BAU updates to ensure that our products are compliant and remain competitive in the market.. This is a hands-on, junior-mid-level role where you’ll analyse change requests, work with our internal team to assess commercial viability, and translate them into clear, actionable stories for our Product Maintenance squad. For larger requests or ongoing feature enhancement, you will also work with our technology project teams to define capability and support the ongoing operations of the product team.
You’ll gain deep exposure to our insurance products, commercial decision-making, and delivery processes, all while collaborating with a tight-knit, supportive team.
