Junior Marketing Operations Specialist
These Tasks Await
- Provides operational and administrative support to the Sales Managers, assisting in the organization and execution of daily tasks.
- Creates, updates, and manages affiliate tracking links, selecting appropriate landing pages from clients’ marketing platforms and monitoring their performance and effectiveness.
- Responsible for the efficient extraction, analysis, and preparation of data from client and business partner platforms. Utilizes MS Excel and other analytical tools to produce reports, statistics, and summaries that are shared with the sales team.
- Registers and maintains client accounts – both new and existing – ensuring the accuracy and up-to-date status of all information within the systems.
- Provides analytical and reporting support to the sales team, assisting in the preparation of data visualizations and insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Leverages Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation tools to enhance workflows, optimize time management, and improve overall productivity and process efficiency.
