Syrve is an all-in-one POS and restaurant management platform trusted by hospitality businesses worldwide. As a Junior Marketing Manager, you’ll help shape how Syrve is presented to the market - especially across social media channels in the MENA region.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating and managing engaging social content that highlights our product capabilities, customer success stories, and industry expertise. You’ll work closely with Sales, Lead Generation, and creative teams to ensure marketing activities support business goals and generate measurable impact.
1-2 years of experience managing B2B social media, preferably in tech, SaaS, or hospitality sectors,
Experience with social media analytics tools and reporting,
Ability to create design briefs and coordinate with creative teams,
Fluency in English,
Arabic language skills are highly preferred, but not required
Must be located in UAE (Dubai preferred)
Content Strategy & Creation - Develop and execute monthly content calendars across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook; create engaging content in English/Arabic showcasing POS features, client success stories, and industry insights; coordinate with designers on visual content and participate in on-location shoots
Community Management - Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across all platforms; engage with industry influencers, potential clients, and existing customers; manage brand reputation and reviews
Analytics & Performance Tracking - Track engagement metrics, lead handoffs, and conversions; provide monthly performance reports; analyze competitor strategies in the POS/restaurant tech space and recommend data-driven optimizations
Sales & Team Collaboration - Work closely with Sales and Lead Generation teams to align social content with business objectives; coordinate with copywriters, designers, and external vendors
Event & Trade Show Support - Support trade show promotion and provide event-related social media coverage
