(Junior) Marketing Data Analyst (m/f/x)

TLDR

You manage and maintain the reporting ecosystem for marketing channels and their spend.
You take ownership of the optimisation of the marketing cost, -budget and -performance reporting processes
You control and audit the marketing spend to find insights, inefficiencies and opportunities.
You monitor relevant business numbers to identify opportunities and proactively share recommendations with our marketing- and other business teams
You collaborate closely with the marketing teams to translate non-technical requests into actionable analysis that help optimising the marketing efficiency further
You critically review relevant KPIs to optimise our client acquisition and -retention

Previous experience in high-growth environments with dynamic marketing budgets
Strong SQL skills
Analytical problem solving
The ability to translate results into actionable recommendations for business teams
Experience in data visualisation (e.g. via tools such as Tableau, Metabase, Power BI, Looker)
Strong work ethic, personal accountability and ownership. Attention to detail and processes.
Fluency in English
Previous experience in Finance or regulated markets is a plus
