As a Junior Key Account Manager (gn), you will be part of our Commercial Team and play a key role in supporting and developing our key account management activities across the Netherlands and the Benelux region, with a strong focus on the Dutch market.
In this role, you will actively support the Key Account Management team in executing strategic initiatives and will also take ownership of your own customer accounts. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and have the opportunity to grow in an inspiring environment with motivated colleagues.
You support the Key Account Management team in day-to-day operations and strategic projects.
You manage and develop relationships with key retail partners and collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams.
You take ownership of your own customer portfolio and ensure long-term, trust-based partnerships.
You develop tailored account strategies to maximize growth opportunities and ensure consistent product availability.
You identify market trends and customer insights to develop actionable initiatives that drive business performance.
You build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and lead strategic negotiations at regional and national levels
A hybrid working model, with the expectation of being in the Amsterdam office ideally once per week.
