As part of the UniCredit Group, Aion Bank and Vodeno will accelerate their digital banking offer in strategic markets and will act as a sandbox for innovation for the wider UniCredit Group.
Based on financial sector know-how and expertise in cloud technology, we provide a set-up of customer-facing and daily banking services which include: digital onboarding, accounts, cards, payments, and lending with a white-label mobile app channel access.

We are currently looking for a Junior Jira Administrator ready to join our adventure.
What you will be doing
We are looking for a junior person who would assist us in daily operations and therefore learn theAtlassian ecosystem from their senior colleagues; someone who would work according to theSOP and who is not afraid of new knowledge and day-to-day challenges. Someone who has exceptional soft skills, particularly in the area of communication.
- Provide first-line Atlassian product support; resolve issues in queues
- Gather requirements and escalate to senior colleagues
- After onboarding: lead basic Jira training for teams and individuals
- Support nearly 1,000 users daily
- Create technical documentation
- Test new ecosystem solutions
- You will develop innovative solutions applicable across the entire organisation
- You will participate in the advancement of IT and banking systems for the international UniCredit initiative
- You will collaborate with esteemed professionals within the industry
Skills you should have
- English B2 or higher
- Ability to quickly grasp diverse technical concepts
- Familiarity with Atlassian cloud tools (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence) is anadvantage (at least as a user)
- Willingness to learn and understand new processes, primarily IT and banking
- Proficient Excel skills are a plus
- Discipline, thoroughness, and initiative are essential; as a small team, we expect you to acting independently when you know what needs to be done
- Ability to write documentation
- Ability to work under pressure
- Java/Groovy knowledge is a plus
