Your daily workout

  • You will provide IT support in a modern cloud-based environment and support your colleagues with their questions and technical issues..
  • You will support employees located in all global offices, with on-site support from our Denver location. 
  • You will provide timely hardware and software solutions for employees both remotely and on-site, ensuring communication throughout the resolution process via our internal support ticketing system. 
  • You create and maintain documentation on our systems and support processes.
  • You will manage varying level priorities of tasks and maintain the workflow of our day to day needs
  • You will provide hands-on support to a developing NA Office in Denver, CO.

Your fitness level

  • You have any of the following: Associates or Bachelors Degree or mixture of education and years of experience.
  • You have 1+ years of professional experience in an IT administration or like role.
  • You have good knowledge in Windows (Win11), MacOS, Printers, Jira, etc.
  • You are interested in, and eager to learn more about, scripting languages and process automation.
  • You work reliably, independently and produce high-quality work.
  • You are interested in or have worked in a global matrix environment.
  • You have the ability to travel internationally, and a valid passport must be provided at the time of hire.
  • You are located in Denver, Colorado and can work on-site from our Denver office 3-4 days per week

Your training goal for your first 6 months

  • Ticket System: You help your colleagues to quickly and accurately resolve standard problems in the ticket system.
  • Documentation: You contribute to the documentation library and how-to articles.
  • Optimization: You contribute initial ideas for automation and process improvement.
  • Onboarding: You ensure the smooth onboarding of new employees.
  • You will complete a 2-3 week on-site training in Munich, Germany.

  • You will earn an annual salary of $65,000-$70,000.
