Junior Influencer & Streamer Manager - BR & LATAM

Neo Group is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Junior Influencer & Streamer Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the growth of our presence in the BR & LATAM markets by building relationships with influencers and streamers, coordinating campaigns, and assisting in the development of creative collaborations.

Responsibilities:

• Define, plan, and execute the social media strategy to drive brand engagement and hit commercial KPIs.
• Contribute to developing and executing influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns.
• Identify and acquire target streaming partners (KOLs/Influencers) in Brazil across platforms like Twitch, YouTube, Facebook Gaming, TikTok, and Instagram.
• Negotiate and close deals with selected KOLs and influencers.
• Assist in planning a comprehensive streamer acquisition and retention strategy.
• Manage the budget for acquiring streaming partners and converting their viewers.

Requirements

• Requirements:
• Fluent in English and Portuguese (Brazil)
• Spanish is a strong plus (Critical for the other LATAM markets)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and a strong understanding of influencer/streamer culture.
• Proven experience in negotiation and partnership management.
• Proficiency in Excel
• Strong numerical skills for calculating commissions and performance metrics
• Experience in customer service and/or sales
