Junior Influencer Marketing Manager

Omnisend is looking for a motivated, curious Junior Influencer Marketing Manager to join our Influencer Marketing team. This role supports senior managers with outreach and research while also owning selected influencer relationships and campaigns from start to finish. If you enjoy connecting with creators, diving into Social Media, experimenting with outreach, and working in a collaborative team — this is for you. What you’ll do @Omnisend:

Partner with senior influencer managers to run high-volume, personalized outreach — handling early qualification, first connections and passing strong leads to the team

Research creators across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, communities, forums, and course platforms

While you’ll support senior influencer managers day-to-day, you will also lead selected influencer relationships independently — owning communication, timelines, and deliverables from start to finish

Track campaign performance and support strategy optimization

Collaborate closely with the team in our Vilnius office for strong day-to-day alignment

We expect that you’ll bring:

1+ years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, outreach, or similar roles

Experience with BDR-style outreach or creator communication

Strong interest in YouTube and multi-platform influencers

Understanding of creator dynamics and content collaboration basics

Proactivity in identifying growth opportunities and turning them into actionable results

Good communication skills in English

Positive, adaptable, feedback-friendly mindset

Comfortable using common tools, platforms, and AI where helpful. Bonus points if you're familiar with influencer discovery, management, and other analytics platforms.
