Junior Human Resource Representative ( Intern )

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Work to provide overall support in sourcing, coordinating, and managing the end-to-end recruiting process
  • Develop and implement initiatives and systems for internal employee retention and happiness
  • Create open communication channels with employees and assist in talent management including leave tracking, payroll, etc.
  • Assist with advising on policies and procedures
  • Develop training & growth programs
  • Manage the hiring process such as posting ads, sourcing candidates, and prescreening
  • Create effective onboarding plans
  • Assist & support the management in disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements

Requirements

  • Should be a people person, should know how to handle employee gradience & sort issues in an effective manner
  • Effective communication is going to be a must & should have leadership qualities
