Why this role exists:

This role exists to keep HR operations fast, accurate, and human — especially around reservation processes, documentation, and C&B support. You’ll be the person who makes the admin side of HR feel smooth, reliable, and clear for employees.

What you’ll drive:

Employee reservation process

  • Manage the employee reservation process end-to-end (including mobilization-related administration).
  • Prepare and maintain reservation lists; collect, verify, and store required documents.
  • Provide documentation and info needed for processing; update reservation data in HRIS.
  • Communicate with colleagues and external specialists on reservation matters.
  • Handle employee requests and questions clearly and on time.

Compensation & benefits administration

  • Support administration of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Manage relationships with payroll/benefits vendors; help ensure accurate, timely payments.
  • Answer employee questions related to C&B in a professional way.

Policies & process hygiene

  • Participate in creating and updating HR policies/procedures.
  • Support implementation and communication of HR processes across teams.

What makes you a GR8 fit:

Must-have

  • 1+ year experience in HR / HR admin / HR operations.
  • Strong attention to detail (documents, data entry, compliance).
  • Experience working with HRIS (HiBob, Workday, Peopleforce, HURMA, or similar).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and handling employee requests.
  • Strong spreadsheet skills, solid analytical abilities, comfort working with numbers.
  • Readiness for a dynamic environment, and a strong drive for growth within the role.
  • Intermediate+ English; Fluent Ukrainian.

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with payroll/benefits coordination or vendor management.
