Junior HR Information System Specialist - (m/f/div)

Are you interested in HR and IT? We are looking for a Junior HR Information System Specialist based in Portugal to support HRIT initiatives and HR system operations. You will assist in implementing and maintaining HR tools, provide user support, and help translate HR processes into system configurations. The role reports to the HRIT team in Munich and works closely with HR colleagues across our global locations and external consultants.

Your contribution to something big: 

  • Support implementation, configuration, and optimization of HR systems and tools
  • Assist in translating HR processes into system setups and workflows
  • Help colleagues solve HR system questions and make their day-to-day work easier
  • Improve HR data accuracy and quality across systems
  • Contribute to user documentation, training materials, and system guides

What distinguishes you:

  • Bachelor’s degree or profound experience in HR, IT, or related field.
  • Familiarity with HR systems or willingness to learn (e.g. Success Factors, SmartRecruiters, Centric and others).
  • Basic understanding of HR processes (employee lifecycle, organizational data, HR data quality) 
  • Experience with payroll / time management processes is a plus.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong system affinity, analytical mindset, and attention to detail.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and enjoys working in an international environment.
