We’re hiring an Junior HR Associate to work directly with our Senior HR Manager (India). Your job is to own the admin side of hiring and internal HR workflows so that strategy, headhunting, and final interviews stay focused and fast.
You’ll handle all the behind-the-scenes work: scheduling interviews, setting up calls, managing follow-ups, tracking docs, and keeping hiring workflows clean and updated.
This is a role for someone who thrives on execution, getting things done quickly, accurately, and without being chased.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Candidate Scheduling & Coordination
- Set up interviews across time zones
- Send calendar invites, Zoom/Meet links, reminders
- Reschedule no-shows, confirm attendance, close the loop post-interview
Admin & Follow-Ups
- Track candidate status in our hiring board (Linear or Notion)
- Chase pending feedback or documents (offers, addendums, NDAs)
Internal Communication Support
- Management of tasks and reminders for the Senior HR Manager
- Keep hiring trackers and checklists updated according to the requirements of the reporting manager.
- Provide status updates to the Senior HR Manager.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in HR, recruitment coordination, or admin support
- Highly organized, fast with follow ups, and obsessive about closing loops
- Strong verbal and written communication, clear, concise, and professional
- Comfortable with tools like Google Calendar, Zoom, Slack, Notion, and basic spreadsheets
- Familiar with AI tools (or quick to learn) — we’re an AI-first company with humans in the loop
What You Won’t Be Doing (Yet)
- Running interviews or handling hiring strategy
- Owning payroll, finance, or performance reviews
- Writing HR policies or doing long-term planning
- This is a need-to-know position. Managing internal documents, including the signing of any documents containing company data, will NOT be part of the responsibilities.
This is a pure execution role to start — we’ll grow the scope based on how you work.
