The Purpose:

What You Will Learn and Achieve:
This role is designed for someone hungry to grow. You won't just be doing basic tasks; you'll be actively involved in high-level group finance
Global Group Consolidation: Assist the team in the monthly and quarterly consolidation process under IFRS. You will learn how to prepare, document, and analyze financial results for our entire global group
Process Improvement: Work closely with the team to identify ways to make our consolidation and reporting processes smoother and more efficient. Bring your fresh ideas to the table!
Financial Reporting Quality: Help design and implement standardized reporting tools and contribute to maintaining strong quality controls across all entities
Deep Dive into IFRS: Get hands-on experience analyzing and applying specialized IFRS topics. We will guide you as you become more confident in technical accounting
Implementing New Rules: Support the team in rolling out new IFRS standards and help maintain our global accounting guidelines across the organisation
Local Reporting Support: Assist with preparing the statutory financial statements for our German entities (under HGB) – a great opportunity to learn local requirements
External Audit Liaison: You will be a contact point, helping to gather information and documentation for our Group and German auditors
What Makes You a Great Fit:
Foundation: Around 1-2 years of professional experience in an accounting, finance, or auditing role, ideally within an international environment
Essential Knowledge: You have a solid grasp of basic accounting principles and are eager to learn and master IFRS. Any exposure to HGB (German GAAP) is a great bonus!
Education: A successfully completed business degree, ideally focused on Accounting, Finance, or Auditing
Tech Savvy: You're comfortable with financial systems and ready to learn new tools to improve processes
Language Skills: Fluent German and English (both spoken and written) are essential for communicating with our global and local teams
Attitude: You are a proactive, self-starter who is excited to take ownership of tasks. You enjoy working in a team and have strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues around the world
