We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our Creative Marketing team. This role is perfectly suited to an early-career designer who’s ready to build hands-on experience across campaigns, digital, paid and marketing channels, while learning from a talented team in a fast-paced, creatively driven environment. You’ll help bring ideas to life through strong execution, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for design, fashion and visual culture.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll play a key role in delivering on-brand creative across the business, including digital, web, paid and campaign creative assets
Rolling out promotional graphics across multiple sizes and formats for different placements
Preparing final files to platform specifications and deadlines
Supporting campaign execution under the guidance of senior designers
Adapting existing creative for new uses while maintaining brand consistency
Staying across design trends, fashion culture and emerging visual styles, bringing inspiration and ideas to the team
Developing your skills through feedback, collaboration and hands-on experience
What success looks like
Consistently delivering polished, on-brand assets that meet briefs and deadlines
Supporting campaign, social and internal design requests efficiently and accurately
Showing clear growth in your design skills, confidence and execution
Demonstrating curiosity, engagement and awareness of trends and visual culture
Being a reliable, collaborative team member who takes feedback on board and continues to improve
What you’ll bring to the role
1–2 years’ experience in graphic design, or relevant internship experience
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
The ability to manage multiple tasks with guidance in a fast-paced environment
A visually curious mindset with an interest in fashion, trends and creative culture
A collaborative, positive attitude and openness to feedback
