What we are looking for 

As a Junior Graphic Designer at Novibet, you will be responsible for creating high-quality digital assets and bringing ideas to life across multiple channels, ensuring consistency with our brand and strong attention to detail.

What you will work on

• Create digital design assets, based on concepts and briefs
• Develop creatives across multiple channels, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines
• Collaborate closely with the team to deliver designs with strong layout, typography, and clear communication
• Execute high-volume campaign materials while maintaining quality and attention to detail
• Contribute to improving the overall creative output through continuous learning and iteration
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and industry best practices

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• 1+ year of experience in graphic design
• A portfolio that demonstrates creativity, design thinking, and attention to detail
• Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Working knowledge of Figma (especially for layouts, components, and collaboration)
• Motion graphics skills will be considered a plus
• A creative mindset with the ability to explore different design solutions
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn and improve
• Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Ability to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
