Junior Graphic Designer

Flance Directive Creators is searching for a talented junior designer to join our agency team to assist with creating online content, user interfaces, and brand identity elements for our clients and our internal projects. You'll be responsible for producing content that aligns with various clients’ brand guidelines, aesthetics, and marketing strategies, including social media graphics, web design, website banners, and promotional artwork.

We are looking for an individual who loves to collaborate, is passionate about detailed design, has a strong design intuition, and unafraid of new ideas. A high attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines is expected. Must be proficient in Figma and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, etc).

Beneficial to have video editing skills.

Operational Duties:

• Designing wireframes, visual and graphic designs, and site maps for websites.
• Designing digital collateral for digital marketing content including but not limited to ads, content posts and documents
• Contribute to pitching creative concepts
• Participate in various design projects 
• Produce drafts, prototypes and engaging design solutions
• Presenting design ideas to all the relevant stakeholders
• Communicate with internal stakeholders about progress of projects and any issues that may arise
• Adhere to a client’s brand identity and guidelines
• Make sure artwork is correct and supplied in the right format/sizes/colour codes before being sent to press and production facilities
• Providing input on the aesthetic for campaigns, projects, and promotional events
• Work on multiple briefs at the same time
• Keep budget, time and production constraints in mind
• Work with senior design to improve and develop a honed skill set
