Responsibilities
Support the ideation and development of creative assets for digital and print campaigns, including banner ads, web pages, emails, brochures, flyers, and company swag.
Assure design continuity between digital and print experiences
Function as a liaison between Marketing and other departments to assess needs, identify solutions, and ensure creative assets align with project requirements
Deliver exceptional designs that adhere to Filevine’s brand guidelines
Professionally represent the marketing team when interfacing with other departments
Pay close attention to details, ensuring projects are scoped and scaled to hit deadlines
Be an awesome, creative, reliable, professional, positive, intelligent, and fun team member
Qualifications
No ego; we are a team of thoughtful, caring people that work collaboratively on everything, so bring openness and the ability to work with a great team
2+ years of experience in a design-related field
Experience with Figma, Illustrator, Indesign, and basic knowledge of After Effects or equivalent motion graphics
Ability to support both digital and print design projects
Comfortable collaborating on projects with a variety of personalities
Ability to quickly produce publication-quality materials for both print and digital applications
Ability to act independently in a very fast-paced environment
Ability to adhere to the company’s style and brand guidelines
Creative thinker and problem solver
Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to effectively manage the workload with minimal supervision
