Let's start with the role

We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented Integration Specialist to join our team. As an Integration Specialist, you will play a crucial role in rolling out our game portfolio across the markets we operate and ensuring the quality of our casino games before their release. Working closely with our development and operational teams, your responsibilities will include identifying and reporting issues, offering feedback, and contributing to delivering an exceptional gaming experience to our players.

As a Junior Gaming Integrations Specialist, you will:
  • Enter technical configuration details related to integrations to our back-office systems.
  • Conduct thorough testing of casino games, including but not limited to slots, table games, and live dealer games, to identify bugs, glitches, and gameplay issues across various devices and platforms;
  • Create detailed test plans, test cases, and bug reports to effectively communicate issues to the development team.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, the Gaming Operations team, designers, and other team members to provide constructive feedback and contribute to improving game quality.
  • Communicate directly with game providers to resolve integration issues and ensure smooth operations.
  • Undertake additional side tasks as needed to support the team’s objectives and ensure timely project completion.

What you will bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Strong passion for casino games and a good understanding of various game genres.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines
  • Experience with game testing tools and bug-tracking software is a plus.
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) for documentation and communication.
