We are looking for a Junior Game Designer with strong systemic and technical thinking. This role is ideal for candidates with a math or programming background who are interested in feature tuning, balancing, and game systems. You’ll work a lot with numbers, content tuning, Unity setup, and supporting live-ops — polishing features to production quality. This role is perfect for a junior specialist who wants to grow into a system or technical game designer and is ready to learn.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Prepare content specifications (battle pass, gacha, live-ops).

  • Assign and review 2D/3D assets.

  • Сonfigure features in Unity.

  • Work with config files, spreadsheets, and tune balance.

  • Maintain up-to-date design documentation.

  • Handle localization tasks.

  • Investigate bugs and coordinate with QA.

  • Drive features from concept to release.

What We Expect From You:

Technical & System Thinking

  • Education in math, programming, engineering, or game design.

  • Strong math skills with basic knowledge of probability and in-game economy.

Programming & Tools

  • Basic programming skills.

  • Experience with Unity (pet or study projects), ability to prototype simple mechanics.

  • Confident in Excel / Google Sheets.

Game Design

  • Experience playing multiplayer games, especially Rust or MMORPGs.

  • Understanding of core loops and game systems.

  • Interest in balancing, progression, and economy.

Soft skills & Language skills

  • Structured thinking with clear written and verbal communication.

  • Quick learner, responsible, and proactive.

  • Russian language proficiency at C1 level or higher.
