Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and business partners. Support the onboarding process and help maintain positive, long-term relationships.

• Act as a point of contact for partners, providing prompt and professional communication. Help resolve partner queries and ensure a smooth ongoing collaboration.

• Support the monitoring of partner activity, including new client sign-ups, trading volume, and performance results. Prepare regular reports and updates for management.

• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate marketing activities, events, and campaigns that help partners grow their networks. Contribute ideas for improving partner engagement and acquisition.

• Assist in maintaining partner records, agreements, and documentation in line with company standards. Ensure activities align with TMGM’s compliance and regulatory requirements.

• Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities for growth.
