Junior Front-End Developer

TLDR

Work closely with a development team on high-quality web solutions for international clients, focusing on front-end implementation and optimization.

We’re looking for a Junior Front-End Developer with initial commercial experience and exposure to CMS or eCommerce systems. You will work closely with our development team and project managers to deliver high-quality websites and marketing platforms for international clients.

In your role, you'll be responsible for:

  • implementing front-end views based on Figma designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • customizing and developing themes/templates within HubSpot CMS
  • supporting ongoing development and optimization of client websites
  • ensuring responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility
  • collaborating with developers and project managers to deliver tasks on time
  • participating in code reviews and continuously improving code quality

We are looking for someone who:

  • has basic commercial experience as a Front-End Developer (internship, freelance, or junior position)
  • has experience working with at least one CMS or eCommerce platform (e.g., HubSpot CMS, WordPress, Shopify, Magento, etc.)
  • has good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6 basics)
  • understands responsive design principles
  • pays attention to detail and cares about clean, structured code
  • communicates well in English (B2+ at least)
  • is proactive and eager to learn

Nice to have:

  • experience with Git
  • basic knowledge of performance optimization
  • understanding of SEO fundamentals

  4. Meeting with the Project Manager and CEO – final conversation focused on culture fit, collaboration style, and long-term growth.
