Junior Financial Specialist

You Will:

• Prepare and verify financial documents.
• Participate in the account reconciliation process and the preparation of individual elements for month-end closing.
• Support the preparation of VIES declarations.
• Assist in verifying accounting entries, including, contracts/service agreements and bank statements.
• Support in payment handling.
• Reconcile financial settlements.
• Assist in preparing financial reports.
• Contribute to preparing cost analyses.
• Execute other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the team.

Desired Experience: 

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position (experience in an accounting office is desirable).
• Practical knowledge of MS Office package (especially MS Excel) and Google Sheets.
• English language proficiency at a minimum B1 level. 
• Independence and very good self-organization.
• Nice to have: higher education or a student in the final year (preferred field: Finance and Accounting), or currently pursuing ACCA.
