About The Role:

Our Netherlands hub Spryng, is on the lookout for a Junior Finance Associate Intern. If you’re eager to grow, contribute, and help us keep our financial operations accurate and insightful, we’d love to have you on board!

Key Requirements:

• You are a student and enrolled at a Dutch learning institution studying Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field (Bachelor’s or Master’s) and have a valid work authorisation for the EU
• You are fluent in English (spoken & written); Dutch is a plus but not required
• You are organized, diligent and have a problem-solving mindset
• You are proactive and willing to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude
• Knowledge of IFRS and Dutch GAAP and solid understanding of finance and P&L statements
• Have experience working with MS Excel and Google Sheets

Bonus points if you have:

• Exposure to finance platforms like Netsuite, Stripe, Adyen, or similar.

What Will You Be Doing?
Interns at Spryng are integral team members, not just coffee makers or copy makers.

• Gain hands-on experience in Business Financial Management 
• Support the preparation and analysis of budgets
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
• Help with processing invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents
• Participate in financial data entry and reconciliation tasks
• Support ad hoc financial analysis for different departments or projects
• Work with Excel, ERP systems (e.g., Netsuite), and financial tools
• Help improve and document financial workflows or processes
