Job Opportunity at 1Nebula:  

The purpose of this position is to contribute to the day-to-day activities of our finance department, gaining practical experience in financial analysis, reporting, and other key functions. Under the guidance of our experienced finance professionals, you will be exposed to a variety of tasks to enhance your understanding of financial processes within a dynamic business environment. 

What You will do within this role (Your key responsibilities): 

• Process and track vendor invoices and payments 

• Ensure payments are approved per company policy 

• Reconcile creditors 

• Prepare all supplier payments 

• Process and track customer invoices and receipts 

• Apply receipts to the correct invoices 

• Follow up on outstanding debtors 

• Bank and Cash Processing 

• Expense Management 

• Financial Reporting 

• Data Entry and Documentation 

• Financial Analysis 

• Automate and streamline processes  

• Participate in special projects as assigned by the finance team

• BCom degree 

• 2 years experience in relevant field  

• Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects 

• Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills 

• Ability to work in a team and take initiative 

• Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines. 

• Excellent computer literacy with capability in MS Outlook, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint and related Finance software. 

• Meticulous attention to detail. 

• Excellent Business Acumen
