Your mission
- Interface between our customers, Sungrow and Sungrow-Samsung SDI.
- Take ownership of dispatched customer issues.
- Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
- Run diagnosis on errors or technical problems.
- Deliver support and contribute service solutions for our customers.
- Perform all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks as well upgrades or rework activities.
- Support the Project Management during commissioning and site acceptance services.
- Follow operational procedures, processes and practices as defined, documented and consistently applied.
- Follow the applicable health and Safety instructions and regulations.
- Ensure up-to-date documentation, work instructions and processes for existing and coming service contracts and agreements.
- Support EMEA Service Management by feeding back frequent and analytical service reports with each job and make suggestions for corrective activities.
- Achieve consistent customer satisfaction ratings and respond appropriate to customer feedback on areas for improvement.
- Prepare documentations and work instructions.
- Participate in the claim management and RMA process.
- Documentation for QA, customer feedback and analysis support.
- Take over randomly on call duties, partly on weekends and nights.
Your profile
- Education as Electrical technician or Engineer. (understand ACDC, Low/Medium Voltage etc, & Battery Energy Storage Systems)
- Bulgarian & English language skills at least on B1
- Some experience with Battery Storage solutions
- Experience dealing with customers in critical situations.
- Driving license is required for the job.
- H&S training to access to construction site with electrical specific training.
- Willing to work on call duty AND to travel on-site(70%).
- Ability to work in an international environment.
- Strong customer orientation, good discipline, team spirit and self-motivation.
