Job Responsibility
Manage and monitor daily operations of Retail services across East Malaysia. Lead problem-solving activities. Be the go-to person for Retail operations in East Malaysia.
Make decisions and execute plans based on performance data to improve operational efficiency such as turnaround time, quality or cost efficiency based on the operational standards.
Collaborate with other department (eg. Customer Service, Key Account Manager, Warehouse) to follow up, and if required, set up standard operating procedures.
Test new operational processes on new services.
Manage and maintain relationships with the Retail partners within East Malaysia.
Drive sales growth, ensure partner satisfaction and facilitate effective communication between the company and its partner.
Requirements
Diploma/Bachelor Degree in any field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Personable and a good communicator in both written & oral English. Other language skills will be a plus.
Self-starter with good initiative, and persistence to see us through this challenge
Extremely proactive, organised and responsible
Prior experience with performing data-driven analysis into operation using Excel and visualisation tools (eg Metabase, Redash)
A strong sense of ownership in his/her roles and scopes
Working days : Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9am-6pm OR 12pm-9pm.
