Job Description

• Assist with tasks related to compensation and benefits.
• Maintain employee records in both digital and physical formats.
• Utilize the HRIS system (hSenid) effectively to keep employee records accurate, current, and confidential.
• Contribute to the creation and implementation of HR policies.
• Support the performance management and review processes.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, serving as the primary contact for labor legislation matters.
• Facilitate and support the organization of training and development programs.
• Offer assistance to employees on HR-related matters such as leave and compensation, resolving any issues that arise.
• Facilitate to Handling employee grievances.
• Assist in any other HR related matters as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a HR Generalist.
• BSc or any relevant qualification in Human Resource Management or relevant field.
• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
• Exposure to payroll would be an added advantage.
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office applications and HRIS is a must.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Aptitude in problem-solving.
• Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach.
• Available to join on short notice would be an added advantage.
