Role

Support the accurate management of music content usage for Networks, Producers, Performing Rights Organizations, and other partners. In this role, you will work with internal and third-party systems to manage music data, resolve issues, and maintain high levels of accuracy and productivity. You will also assist with music labeling, music manager tasks, and support integration projects and metadata improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the Music Box Licensing Hub to manage and maintain music content data.
• Monitor music charts and support track acquisition and music library curation for clients.
• Generate system reports and ensure music data is accurate and well organized.
• Review, research, and clean music data to improve metadata quality.
• Identify and escalate system issues when required.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.
• Support the Team Lead/Manager with project updates, meetings, and other tasks when needed.

Requirements

• Possession of GCE A/L qualifications or GCE O/L qualifications accompanied by a certificate or diploma in Information Technology.
• Demonstrated strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in utilizing Google Sheets and Google Docs.
• Exceptional attention to detail, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to effectively organize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities concurrently, and adhere to stringent deadlines.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.Positive attitude and pleasant personality, willing to go the extra mile when needed.
