Junior Event Manager (m/f/d)

Your mission

Bliq is one of the first companies to develop and launch driverless vehicle technology in Europe. We are looking for a highly driven Junior Event Manager to help us showcase Bliq’s driverless cars and technology through outstanding events, demos, and attendances. This role is about making sure every event is organized, professional, and leaves a lasting impression on partners, customers, and the broader market.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Organize events and event attendances end-to-end, from planning to execution

• Help position Bliq’s driverless cars and technology in the best possible way at every event, demo, and external appearance

• Manage event logistics including timelines, transport, locations, vendors, and coordination with internal teams

• Organize all materials needed for events, including ensuring everything is prepared, available, and delivered on time

• Coordinate guest lists, registrations, attendance, and follow-up activities

• Support the sales team in hosting car demos and in-person/online guest communication

• Support the marketing team in content creation and distribution, ensuring each event is well promoted

• Support on-site execution and make sure everything runs smoothly

• Keep track of moving parts, solve problems quickly, and proactively push things forward

• Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure events support broader company goals

Your profile

• German and English language proficiency is a must

• You already have some related prior experience in events, project coordination, logistics, operations, or a similar field

• You are outgoing and communicate clearly and professionally with internal/external stakeholders

• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy making things happen

Nice to have:

• Interest in cars, mobility, autonomous vehicles, or technology

• Experience supporting business events, product demos, or operational projects

• Any sales or marketing background
