Junior Embedded Systems Developer | Telematics

We, Teltonika Telematics, are currently inviting an ambitious Junior Embedded Systems Developer to join our growing R&D team in Vilnius/Kaunas, Lithuania. You will work with the leading telematics solutions in the world and master your development skills. 

Teltonika’s telematics business unit develops and produces easy-to-use GPS tracking devices for effective fleet management across logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction, and more. Using the latest technologies, Teltonika sets new standards for the telematics industry.

Teltonika provides an opportunity for every ambitious Embedded Systems Developer to improve their skills and develop comprehensive knowledge of products.

In this role, you will:

• Develop new and existing products in C/C++ programming language.
• Improve existing features.
• Be involved in the maintenance of documentation.
• Participate in Agile (Scrum) team life and internal processes.
• Work with hardware engineers, software developer teams, and Product Owners during development life - cycle.
• Take part in mentorship and coaching others to work with these technologies.

What we expect of you:

• To have basic experience in programming embedded systems in C/C++.
• To have experience with embedded products (personal or professional).
• Have a will to grow as an embedded software engineer.
• Good English language skills (both spoken and written).

Ideally, you’ll also have:

• Degree in Computer Science / Electronics engineering.
• Knowledge of other programming or scripting languages.
• Understanding of digital electronics schematics.
• BLE, GSM, LTE, GPS modules programming experience.

Salary:

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 11 Eur/h up to 16 Eur/h (~1818 Eur – 2644 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get *bonuses.

*In an employment agreement, we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
