Responsibilities:

Enable Seamless Integration → You will ensure smooth connectivity between Dynamics 365 CRM, SharePoint, and internal solutions like AppHub, creating a unified and reliable source of truth for all client-related data.

Drive Data Accuracy → You will maintain clean, compliant, and trustworthy records across Dynamics 365 and Customer Insights by applying validation rules and monitoring data quality through Dataverse.

Empower Business Teams → You will support Client Partners, Sales, and Pre-Sales by delivering demos, training sessions, and clear documentation that promote adoption and effective use of CRM functionalities.

Optimize Through Automation → You will design, maintain, and troubleshoot Power Automate flows and Dynamics 365 workflows to reduce manual effort, improve efficiency, and scale operational processes.

Strengthen Security & Compliance → You will manage access roles and permissions within Dynamics 365, monitor user controls, and enforce best practices to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance.

Support Continuous Development → You will collaborate with IT, developers, and business analysts to enhance AppHub and CRM integrations, contribute to ongoing updates, and keep stakeholders informed through demos and documentation.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM - including Sales module and security roles.
- Understanding of Microsoft Power Platform - especially Power Automate for workflows.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy - ability to maintain clean and compliant records.
- Good communication skills - for demos, training sessions, and stakeholder interaction.
- Problem-solving mindset - ability to troubleshoot workflow and permission issues.
- English at an advanced level - both written and spoken, for clear communication across teams.
Nice to have:
- Basic knowledge of API integrations and connectors
- Basic understanding of project management tools - e.g., Azure DevOps or Jira for tracking tasks
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem - Teams, OneDrive, and their integration with CRM.
