About the Opportunity

Dentons Europe is building an AI-first future for legal services. As part of this, we are growing our Digital Solutions team and are looking for a technically minded, service-oriented professional to join this team.

 

The team designs, builds, and supports digital tools for lawyers and business professionals across Europe, including data rooms, bidder sites, workflow tools, and bespoke low-code solutions. You will work directly with internal clients, supporting the full lifecycle of digital products—from idea to steady-state.

 

The role offers hands-on exposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft AI Foundry, SharePoint, Microsoft Power Platform, HighQ Collaborate and DAISY, together with the opportunity to design and build solutions on these platforms.

The role

In this role, you will act as a blend of product manager and low-code solution builder:

  • Advise internal clients on which platform and approach best fits their needs
  • Work with stakeholders to design simple, effective digital and AI-enhanced solutions
  • Build and maintain SharePoint sites, Power Automate flows and Power Apps
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues and coordinate with product vendors for more complex problems
  • Handle incoming requests via email, phone, chat and online meetings
  • Support users to ensure they get full value from Digital Solutions products
  • Maintain and archive workspaces and solutions in line with governance standards

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys switching between understanding business needs, configuring platforms and iterating solutions with users.

Requirements

You do not need to come from a legal background. We are looking for curious, “fresh-mind” profiles who want to grow with an AI-driven team:

  • Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level)
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them clearly to non-technical users
  • Strong customer orientation and practical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time-sensitive requests
  • Interest in designing and building solutions on SharePoint and the Power Platform
  • Curiosity and willingness to explore and use AI tools, large language models, and AI agents, in daily work
  • Advantage: familiarity with HighQ Collaborate or similar collaboration platforms
  • Advantage: prior exposure to low-code / no-code tools or basic scripting
