Junior Digital Marketing Coach

AI overview

Support experienced coaches in executing digital marketing strategies while learning the Endless Customers framework, with a clear path to becoming a Certified Coach.

About Us:

IMPACT provides coaching and training services to help small to mid-sized businesses implement Endless Customers (formerly They Ask, You Answer), inspired by the popular book by Marcus Sheridan. We empower clients to build in-house content marketing operations that attract and convert customers, positioning their companies as the most trusted brands in their markets. By teaching clients how to create, optimize, and use their own content throughout the marketing and sales process, we help them eliminate reliance on outside agencies and drive sustainable growth.

Job Description:

As a Junior Digital Marketing Coach you will work alongside experienced Endless Customers Coaches, supporting execution-heavy responsibilities so senior coaches can focus on strategy, market shifts, and elevating client outcomes. Over time, this role offers a clear path toward becoming a Certified Endless Customers Coach, though it does not include leading coaching calls or making strategic decisions at this time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Review & Quality Support: Review written content (articles, sales pages, educational resources), review video content (assignment selling, 1:1 videos, educational videos) for clarity and structure, and provide clear feedback using the Endless Customers standards.
  • CRM & Coaching Documentation: Document coaching in HubSpot, noting decisions, action items, owners, and next steps. Help to maintain clean, reliable CRM records to ensure continuity and accountability, as well as provide support follow-through on agreed-upon actions between coaching sessions.
  • Implementation Support: Help Endless Customers Coaches implement agreed-upon plans, track progress on content and video execution, surface blockers or execution gaps early, and support consistency and momentum across engagements.
  • Learning & Professional Development: Learn and apply the Endless Customers framework, participate in and observe coaching calls (as a listener, not a facilitator), build a foundational understanding of buyer behavior, trust, and digital sales, and demonstrate continuous improvement and readiness for greater responsibility over time.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in content, marketing, sales support, or related roles
  • Comfort working in CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Familiarity with video platforms and basic video review workflows
  • Confidence working with multiple digital tools and systems
  • Ability to receive feedback, apply it quickly, and improve
  • Highly coachable and eager to learn
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven
  • Curious about how buyers think and decide
  • Comfortable working behind the scenes to support excellence
  • Motivated by mastery, not shortcuts

Preferred but Not Required:

  • Exposure to inbound marketing, content marketing, or sales enablement
  • Experience reviewing or editing written or video content
  • Familiarity with buyer-centric marketing or sales frameworks
  • Experience supporting coaches, consultants, or client-facing teams
  • Familiarity with Endless Customers, by Marcus Sheridan, formerly They Ask, You Answer
