Junior Digital Execution Project Specialist

We are looking for a Junior Digital Execution Project Specialist to help us grow and continuously improve our coordination with partners, agencies, and publishers across 30+ language markets.

Better Collective is an international award-winning company that works to give punters and players a better, more secure igaming experience. We produce outstanding sports betting content and igaming products that are second to none.

THE ROLE

As our new full-time Junior Digital Execution Project Specialist, your key objective will be to negotiate, follow up, and ensure the quality of our off-page online advertising efforts across the globe. 

Job responsibilities

• Placement of online advertising on quality media outlets;

• Price and condition negotiation across our new and existing advertising partners and agencies;

• Following up on advertising orders;

• Quality assurance and off-page SEO reporting;

• Invoice processing and coordination with numerous finance departments in BC;

• Developing and strengthening relationships with SEO agencies and publishers;

• Proofreading content and creating engaging new material using AI tools, guided by predefined criteria to ensure quality and consistency.

Preferred qualifications

• Fluent in English. German or French as additional languages is a plus;

• You are an excellent negotiator;

• High level of integrity (working with large budgets);

• You have excellent communication skills;

• Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multitask in a deadline-driven atmosphere;

• Happy to optimise the framework and processes for repetitive work;

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets;

• Experience in the field of SEO, especially off-page, is a plus.
