The Role

Digital Designer Jr (AI-First Content Creator)

We are looking for a fresh graduate or a final-year student from the new generation of "AI natives." You don't just use digital tools—you think in terms of automation and efficiency. Your mission isn't just to design "pretty things," but to build workflows where AI is your main partner to scale our content production.

What you will do:

• Multi-format Creation: Design high-quality graphic and video content with a clean aesthetic. ((Social media, sales assets, editorial design, key visuals, landing pages, banners, digital assets, paid media ads, etc.)
• Video Editing: Edit and produce short videos, Reels, and dynamic content.
• Branding: Make sure every design follows our brand guidelines perfectly.
• Digital Layouts: Design simple interfaces, landing pages, and banners focused on conversion.
• Photo Retouching: Handle color correction, composition, and image cleaning.
• AI-First Generation: Create assets using smart prompt engineering.
• Content Adaptation: Resize and adjust designs for different platforms and devices.

What are we looking for?

• Background: Final-year student or recent graduate in Graphic Design, Audiovisual Communication, Advertising, or similar.
• AI-First Mindset: A digital-first approach, eager to learn, and an "early adopter" of new tech.
• Technical Skills:
  
  
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, etc.).
  • Experience (even if personal or academic) with Generative AI tools.
  • Basic knowledge of prompt engineering and automation workflows.
    
• Soft Skills: Great problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in fast-paced environments.
