Junior Digital Campaign Manager

THE ROLE

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Digital Campaign Manager to support the planning, execution and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns. You will be accountable for delivering data-driven campaigns across various digital platforms to help the Marketing Team and wider business meet strategic objectives and improve overall company performance. Playing a key part in the delivery of the marketing strategy, you will report to the Head of Marketing on a day-to-day basis and will be part of a small Marketing Team but also work in close collaboration with the Sales and Regulatory Teams.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Digital Campaign Creation, Management and Analysis

  • Devise, implement, monitor and assess the performance of digital campaigns across various channels, integrating with our Marketing CRM platform where applicable.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics and other analytics platforms to gather campaign insights and optimise campaign performance.
  • Evaluate key digital marketing metrics to determine campaign success and make recommendations.

Identifying Trends and Campaign Optimisation

  • Provide actionable insights based on campaign data to optimise future digital campaign activity.
  • Work with the Head of Marketing to suggest A/B tests and targeting refinements based on gathered data.
  • Identify trends and highlight opportunities to enhance audience engagement and conversion.

Process and Governance

  • Support the implementation and documentation of campaign workflows and marketing processes.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, data protection regulations (GDPR), and internal marketing processes.
  • Maintain campaign calendars, briefs, and documentation to support team efficiency and organisation.

Performance Analysis and Reporting

  • Assist in compiling regular performance reports for the Head of Marketing and other internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the preparation of post-campaign reviews and ROI analysis and present findings where required.
  • Help track budget spend and measure cost-effectiveness of all digital marketing activities.

Skillset and Experience

  • 4/5+ years of experience in digital marketing with demonstrable experience in end-to-end digital campaign management
  • Strong proficiency with key digital platforms including Marketing CRMs, Google Ads, Google Search Console and Analytics, Facebook Ads, Email Marketing Platforms and LinkedIn.
  • Comprehensive understanding of marketing analytics and performance metrics and an ability to make data-driven decisions to optimise campaign performance and ROI.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organisation, written, time-management and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and data visualisation tools.
  • Organised and personable with an ability to work independently or as part of a small team in a fast-paced environment.
