About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated DevOps Support Engineer to join our team and contribute to the ongoing success of our DevOps-as-a-Service (DevOps-aaS) (SaaS) product.

Key Responsibilities
• Support and operate our DevOps-as-a-Service platform
• Handle customer requests and technical issues effectively
• Apply bug fixes, patches, and support release processes
• Monitor system stability and performance using modern monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki)
• Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab) and automation workflows
• Deploy and manage customer environments ensuring reliability and scalability
Your Profile
• Experience with cloud platforms (OTC, AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud-native & container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Basic scripting knowledge (e.g. Bash, Python, PowerShell)
• Interest in DevOps practices, automation, and agile collaboration (Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience configuring Linux based (Ubuntu, RHEL) server applications and databases in containerized environments.
• Understanding of core network and transport protocols (TCP, UDP, SSL, TLS, DNS, HTTP) to ensure secure and reliable communication
• Experience with web servers, reverse proxies, and ingress controllers (e.g., Nginx, Ingress, Load Balancers) for efficient traffic management
• Motivation to learn, grow, and take on new challenges
• Team-oriented mindset and proactive working style
Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) for provisioning and managing cloud resources, configuration management, and automated system provisioning
• Experience with data migration and backup processes, including handling exports/imports using formats such as Dumps, CSV, XML, and JSON
• Knowledge of HTML5 and JavaScript, useful for troubleshooting frontend components
• Familiarity with JVM and Java-based applications and environments
• Ability to configure and manage firewall rules for infrastructure security
