At Great State, we create digital experiences that help brands connect with the next generation. One of our biggest challenges? Helping the Royal Navy feel relevant to 16 - 24 year olds — and that’s where you come in.

We’re looking for a Junior Designer (could be your second agency role) who’s curious, creative and ready to grow fast with the support of experienced Lead Designers.

What you’ll be doing

• Designing across social, web, CRM and UI for Gen Z audiences

• Bringing ideas to life in Figma

• Supporting senior creatives by rolling out concepts across multiple formats

• Polishing decks, presentations and client-facing assets

• Sharing inspiration, trends and experimenting with AI + new tools

What we’re looking for

• Some agency experience under your belt (preferable)

• Confident using Figma

• Strong visual instincts and attention to detail

• Interest in digital culture, social platforms and youth audiences

• Organised, collaborative and keen to learn
