We Are Seeking… 

We are seeking a talented Junior Designer to join our growing creative team in Detroit. Working with some of the most talented Art Directors, Copywriters and Producers, this candidate must meet the following criteria:  

 
The candidate we are looking for is extremely capable of… 

• Designing and assisting with design for earned creative, social content, presentation decks, short-form video content, fact sheets and infographics.
• Developing unique visual systems for brand activations with a creative team
• Creating graphic treatments for all social platforms while accounting for nuances in aspect ratios and platform purposes.
• Becoming an expert in brand guidelines and how to freshly apply them to new projects.
• Being a team player with strong communication skills.
• Paying strong attention to detail – a nerd for the nooks and crannies in every layout.

Must-have Qualifications 

• Design experience in a related agency or department (advertising, digital, social media, publishing/content or public relations)
• Keen eye for social-first design
• A portfolio of relevant work

Additional Qualifications 

• Art education in Graphic Design is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and accurately with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) as well as PowerPoint.
• Must be self-motivated, well-organized and resilient to ever-changing timelines, requests, and deliverables
• Ongoing interest in emerging techniques, trends and philosophies surrounding design, technology, and social media
• Bonus Skills: concepting, illustration, motion graphics, icon design.
