About the Role

As a Delivery Operations Specialist, you will be the vital link ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of our boxes from our distribution centers (Middle Mile) all the way to our customers' doors (Last Mile) across France. You will monitor daily performance, resolve operational bottlenecks, and support strategic initiatives that drive cost efficiency and customer satisfaction. This is a high-impact, hands-on role perfect for a logistics professional ready to launch their career in a dynamic, high-growth environment. You will be based in Lisses production center with approximately 1 day per week in the Paris office.

Key Responsibilities (Missions)

• Daily Operational Management & Support: Serve as the primary operational support for both Middle Mile and Last Mile activities, swiftly resolving day-to-day issues (e.g., transport delays, quality deviations, planning adjustments) in coordination with carriers, production, hubs and outbound teams.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Oversee and communicate key operational metrics. Prepare and maintain weekly performance reports to ensure transparency and drive accountability with internal teams and external delivery partners.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the central point of contact between our internal logistics team, production/outbound teams, regional hubs, and our network of delivery partners to ensure process alignment and synchronized execution of delivery plans.
• Process Improvement & Project Support: Actively support the Senior Middle Mile and Last Mile Managers on strategic projects, focusing on data collection, process mapping, and implementation of new operational standards to improve efficiency and reduce delivery costs.
• System and Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy of operational data, supporting continuous improvement by identifying and flagging data-related risks and opportunities.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven interest in e-commerce logistics, Middle Mile and Last Mile operations.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (or Google Sheets) and a comfort working with large datasets.
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
