Junior Delivery Manager

We are looking for a Junior Delivery Manager to join our Predelivery Project Management team. This role focuses on supporting the launch and execution of small-scale, resource- and budget-oriented projects, working closely with multiple internal teams and stakeholders across different countries.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, can efficiently switch between contexts, and takes full ownership of their tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

 

You will be:

  • supporting the end-to-end project initiation process, from project setup to execution and closure,

  • coordinating resource planning and staffing, including searching for suitable candidates and working closely with resourcing managers,

  • managing and coordinating project onboarding, ensuring smooth cooperation between clients, teams, and internal stakeholders,

  • collaborating with sales, delivery, and resourcing teams on project estimations, pricing, and budget tracking,

  • preparing and maintaining project documentation, contracts, and internal materials related to project launch,

  • working closely with ongoing projects by supporting delivery activities, tracking progress, and ensuring data accuracy,

  • handling invoicing, reporting, and billing support, including preparation of invoices and financial reports,

  • monitoring project data in internal and client systems, ensuring high data quality and consistency,

  • supporting processes related to project governance, standards, and continuous improvement,

  • cooperating with multicultural and cross-functional teams, often working on several initiatives simultaneously,

  • acting independently, proactively identifying risks, issues, and improvement opportunities.

Requirements

  • experience in IT project management within an outsourcing environment in a global company, 

  • good organization of work, with attention to details,

  • accuracy and conscientiousness,

  • independence in action with a proactive and problem-solving mindset,

  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills,

  • a customer-oriented approach, ensuring professional interactions with external and internal stakeholders,

  • willingness to learn,

  • fluency in Polish and English.

    Work from Poland and a work permit are required.
