Junior Data Steward

As a Junior Data Steward, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the quality, consistency, and timeliness of data across our systems. You’ll act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, aligning data standards with day-to-day operational needs. Your responsibilities will include identifying and resolving data issues, ensuring compliance with data governance standards, and proactively monitoring data accuracy and completeness. By implementing quality checks and working closely with data owners, you’ll help prevent inconsistencies that could affect reporting, analytics, and decision-making. Your work will be foundational in building trust in our data and enabling scalable, data-driven operations.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

●    Be responsible for data quality of the native built ETL application;
●    Assist in further development and refinement of the scraper application and ETL processes;
●    Work closely together with Commercial, Finance and Analytics team to ensure correct metadata in built ETL application;
●    Ensure affiliate accounts are correctly setup for automated data scraping;
●    Assist with manual collection of data where automated data scraping cannot be activated;
●    Data quality reporting on recurring basis using Tableau, SQL to relevant stakeholders (both operations and management);
●    Analyse data reporting anomalies and solve affiliate accounts with account setup errors and scraping errors in general.
