About the company

Responsibilities

• Investigate issues in Amazon accounts, such as incorrect fees or missing payments
• Analyze reports, transactions, and data to identify errors or discrepancies
• Summarize findings in clear documents and spreadsheets
• Assist the team in resolving client account issues
• Learn how Amazon’s financial systems work and build a deep understanding over time
• Propose potential causes or solutions when something doesn’t look right
  

Who You Are

• Analytical and curious, with a strong attention to detail
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks or problems at once
• A clear communicator who can summarize findings and ask good questions
• Comfortable with data and eager to build technical skills over time
• Self-motivated and able to stay focused on long or complex problems

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in financial analysis and data science, operations, or data-related roles
• Experience working with Excel or Google Sheets, including basic formulas and formatting
• A track record of being organized, thorough, and reliable
• Willingness to learn Amazon systems and ask thoughtful follow-up questions

Bonus Experience

• Experience with Amazon Vendor Central or Seller Central
• Exposure to audits, reconciliations, or account troubleshooting
• Previous work with eCommerce or consumer brands
