Junior Data Scientist - brainbay
TLDR
Develop predictive models and implement generative AI solutions for real estate agents while collaborating with a diverse team in an innovative environment.
Your role as a Junior Data Scientist
As our Junior Data Scientist you will develop analytical tools and solutions for real estate agents and valuators. You are involved in building predictive statistical and machine learning models and in implementing generative AI solutions. As part of an experienced team, you will work in sprint cycles to deliver the desired models and applications. Also, you will be active in maintaining and improving our current suite of models and in implementing cutting-edge ML Ops solutions.
You are also able to translate the needs of our real estate agents and other customers into useful research and analysis. You will collaborate with researchers and other data scientists to conduct the analyses for publications and you will support business developers to pitch new products and explain the models to possible clients.
Examples of recent projects include ‘making a bidding tool to quantify the probability that a bid on a house is the winning bid’, ‘leveraging LLM’s in order to enrich data on commercial real estate listings’ and ‘predicting the step in energy-label after upgrading a set of sustainability characteristics of a house’.
