Junior Data Analyst – Python & SQL

TL;DR: We’re looking for a Junior Data Analyst – Python & SQL to join our Data Labs Ops team in Prague. 🚀
If you’re fresh out of school (or close to it), comfortable in Python, know your way around SQL, and want to work on real-world data problems at scale—this one’s for you!

At Similarweb, data is the product. And data is only as good as its accuracy, consistency, and reliability. That’s where you come in. You’ll be making sure our massive datasets are clean, trustworthy, and delivered to clients exactly how they need them. You won’t be stuck in theory—you’ll write code, investigate anomalies, build pipelines, and help drive improvements to our data processes from day one.

What you'll be doing Day-to-Day

• Writing Python scripts to process, validate, and deliver data.

• Creating and maintaining data pipelines in Apache Airflow.

• Investigating data issues and anomalies reported by clients or internal stakeholders.

• Working with huge datasets from Similarweb’s unique data sources.

• Collaborating with engineering teams to scale data infrastructure.

• Building internal tools to help detect and prevent data quality issues.

• Working with big strategic clients.

This is a hands-on, technical role where you’ll learn a ton and ship real things that matter.

What will you bring to the team?

• Experience in Python and knowledge in SQL - well enough to analyze and manipulate data.

• Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field. 🎓

• Knowledge of coding and willingness writing clean, reusable code.

• Curiosity, solving problems and detail-oriented approach.
