Role Overview:
We are looking for a talented Junior Customer Success Specialist to join our growing team. You will work closely with the Customer Success Manager to support client onboarding, serve as a key point of contact, monitor client health, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
This role will also collaborate with our Development (DEV) team to ensure seamless project launches, clear communication of ETAs, and consistent client engagement throughout the customer journey.
