Junior Customer Success Manager

• Lead and coordinate meetings with customers connected to current and new projects to ensure successful cooperation.

• Implement the company's strategy for account management.

• Present data effectively and promote the products and services offered by the company.

• Supervise and coordinate the work of the team involved in relevant projects.

• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to develop strategic plans and ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.

• Inform customers about the latest improvements in technical, computer network, and various IT tools that impact the quality of service.
